Basics of Pistol Shooting 

(The best class for beginners who don't know anything about a firearm but want one)

Baring Arms Tactical in Dallas, Texas, is offering a comprehensive beginner pistol course designed for new shooters. This class follows the official NRA curriculum and provides a solid foundation in firearm safety and pistol shooting fundamentals.
Participants will learn essential topics such as safe handling and storage practices, the basic components and operation of a pistol, and an overview of various firearm types and ammunition.
The course also focuses on core shooting techniques, including proper stance, grip, sight alignment, and trigger control. Students will receive instruction on how to clean and maintain their firearms for safe, reliable use.
After completing the classroom instruction, students will head to the range for live-fire exercises under the close supervision of certified instructors, applying their new skills in a safe and controlled environment.

License To Carry a Handgun Certification

Learn all the state laws and where you can and can't carry. Along with proper storage and carrying of your firearm. Even though Texas is a open carry state, there are gray areas of the law that you would want to know about. And how simply just having an LTC can be the difference going home that day or to jail.

Class is $90


That's $265 for both classes. With this flyer you get $65 off, dropping the cost to $200 for both classes combined.

Cigars and Guns Event

Come hang out with us at the Hilltop Cigar Lounge located at 1409 Cockrell Rd Desoto Tx, right next to Touchdowns. Come see some cool guns, smoke some cigars, and so much more. Guns are not sold at this location; however, all is not lost you can pick your new carry piece and purchase at the end of the show at our local office located ten minutes away. This is an open event no appointment necessary, just show up. All merchandise and accessories available for purchase at the show and there will be hourly prize giveaways. So, if you need something to do Saturday May 31st come down to The Hilltop.

Basic Pistol Course

NRA BASICS of PISTOL SHOOTING CLASS.
 Class starts at 8am. I take it that if you are signing up now you have read all guidelines and are to move to the next step. A detailed email will be sent out with farther instructions leading up to class. Registration for this class will end July 31st, and overflow registrations will roll over to next class.
