Texas Senators Introduce New Bill on Concealed Carry in Other States!
Two U.S. Senators (John Cornyn and Ted Cruz) and several other GOP lawmakers have introduced a new bill that would make it easier to travel to different states with your concealed carry firearms.
The bill would allow individuals with a concealed carry license in their home states to carry in any other states that allows concealed carry. These agreements are either reciprocal or unilateral, meaning that both states recognize each other's permits.
The bill is called The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act.
This federal proposal is still under debate in Washington and has NOT passed into law yet.
The catch to being able to take advantage of this new law when it passes is you have to already have your LTC before it passes to be grandfathered in the bill. Baring Arms Tactical in Dallas, Tx offers both in-person and online LTC classes as well as private shooting lessons and beginner shooter courses. Contact a instructor today.
